I have had nothing but a great experience with the people at Hotel Mamiri. The hotel/hostel has a great vibe with a beautiful garden, great location, and excellent coffee! The owners, Sabrina and Diago have made my stay nothing but delightful. They continually went went out of their way to help me out when ever they could. Can't thank them... more

Just walking, the good looking place with its restaurant and bar downstairs (where I found high quality in them too!) caught my attention, I rang the bell and as soon as they showed me a very nice room, warm, with colors and wood, and were so kind to me, I decided to stay there for a week. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Mamiri for a month while visiting Costa Rica. We searched around a bit for a place in Tamarindo once we got here, and decided that Hotel Mamiri was an incredibly nice place for the money. True, you can stay somewhere for a slight bit less, but the quality of service and accomodations wouldn't... more
