After an amazing trip to the remote Cocos Island we stayed another week in Villa Flores. Basic, but clean and very quiet at that time. Service was good, staff tried everything to keep us happy. The hotel is situated on walking distance from ' downtown' Playa del Coco. We are thinking of going back at the end of this year.... more

After 10 days vacation throughout Costa Rica we chose Hotel Villa Flores because of its proximity to the Liberia airport, it's near the beach and it had a good review in "Lonely Planet." Our room was off the main lobby facing the road. The AC unit rattled the old jalousie windows. Road was busy - dump trucks during the day... more
