Great setting, probably the best food we had between Argentine & Peru, great rooms. A wonderful hotel to go with the setting. Friends stayed in other hotels - by all accounts this is streets ahead. Try it! more

Stayed for one night after doing the Inka Trail. Fantastic dinner. Great beds, linen, room, bathroom... oddly situated room gave people on Perurail a VERY intimate view of me in my bed. They had fun waving at me as the train bellowed by... if you need to sleep in late get a room on the other side of the hotel... more
The service at this hotel is oustanding. They will get your Machu Pichu bus tickets and entrance tickets and order the bus to pick you up directly at the hotel, all at no extra charge which is a really nice convenience. They'll also coordinate getting your luggage back to the train station to leave you more time at Machu Pichu... more
Based on the reviews on TripAdvisor i booked 2 nights here even though i thought it was a bit pricey. BUT it was totally worth it. the service from getting off the train right through to checkout was outstanding. they arranged the bus and entry to MP, gave us a free room upgrade and made us feel very welcome. For Machu Picchu it is better for the money than the Sanctuary! Only hotel in Aguas Caliente where the bus will stop to go up for the sunrise. Excellent room with balcony overlooking river; very good dinner. Even though we spent only one night, for our second day sunrise visit, they arranged our tickets; the bus stopped at 5:35 am... more
This is truly an amazing hotel that will give Inkaterra and the Sanctuary Lodge a run for their money. Brand new luxury hotel (which is hard to find in this area) with large rooms, large bathrooms (with excellent fixtures,) conveniently located and relaxing right on the river. The food is fantastic, some of the best I've had in all Peru........ more
Stayed here for one night while visiting Machu Picchu. The hotel is the last hotel in Aguas Calientes before the road leading to Machu Picchu. It's brand new, so it's very modern (DirecTV) and clean, especially the bathroom! It's located at the bottom of a hill and a 5 minute walk takes you to the center of Aguas Calientes where... more
Hotel of excellent standard and a big plus if you can get a room on the river side. All staff very helpful and friendly. A top place to stay. more
My husband, adult daughter and I had the unbelievably wonderful experience of staying at this fantastic hotel for one night when we visited Machu Picchu. The setting is fantastic, on the edge of town, overlooking the rushing Urubamba. (You can see the hotel from way above when you get to Machu Picchu.) Every detail was taken care of, from meeting... more
A fine, modern hotel situated on the river in Aguascalientes. The facilities are outstanding for a tourist hotel, for example with 110 and 220 volt outlets in the rooms and towels that could double as carpets. The rooms are modern, spacious and beautifully decorated in an Andean motif. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. A great place from which... more
