I went to Lijiang during June and stayed there for 2 days. All rooms were of different sizes. I stayed in the first room. The room nearest to the lobby. There were only 2 levels throughout the entire hotel. (known as it is in the Old town and there are no high rised buildings in there) There was almost like... more

Overall, I was quite disappointed with this hotel. It's quite shabby and drab... the rooms are small and the bathrooms have seen better days; the shower had hot water only sometimes. The staff is pleasant but most can't really speak any English. The location is nice, if you want to stay in the heart of the tourist hubub. Otherwise, I'd... more
