Just returned from the intercontinental and can't praise this hotel enough, we arrived late at about 23:30 local time and the resturant had been kept open to cater for the four coach loads of guests. The service was first class and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the staff . Everywhere was spotlessly clean with staff constantly cleaning... more

The hotel is amazing, and very large, I would dare to say, the best in Taba Heights. The location is in the middle of nowhere, but this does not matter at all as there are five luxury hotels on the beach which you can enter, but obviously not part of the all inclusive from our hotel. There is also a... more

Thomson Holidays gave us a good deal for a week all inclusive at this 5* hotel in Taba Heights. The area looked better on the taba heights web page. I thought it would be an upmarket new resort similar to Marbella and that it would be finished, but it wasnt like that. Taba Heights is just a few big hotels,... more

Just returned from Intercontinental, Taba. Great experience if you like hot weather 38 in the shade last Monday. The one down side, if you travel with Monarch from Gatwick , is the angle of seats and and leg room. Worth upgrading for US$48 each way. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, don't use the mini bar or the in... more

Well what can I say...myself and my husband thought this was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, Just right for our honeymoon! On the beach with the mountains as a back drop! Neither of us had been to Egypt before, but the staff, food, entertainment, resort, excursions...well just about everything was excellent! It definately deserves it's five stars! I... more

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Intercontinental hotel and absolutely loved it. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they work tirelessly in the sweltering heat and are always cheerful. There are waiters who bring you your all inclusive drinks to your sunbeds by the pool and on the beach!... more

This hotel and location are everything they say they are but not a 5 star. I'd say they've been given an extra star for the golf course and Spa facilities which never seemed to be used. It’s very nice and on the whole, clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful with a sound understanding of English and I'm certain... more

According to standards in most European conutries nowadays this is a four star not a five star. But it is a very good four stars at that, and you really get what you pay for, we paid only 850 euros all in for two weeks! Pros: + firendly personel (tip them a bit and they will be friendlier than friendly,... more
