First tip, dont book through Thomson. If you book through Portland Direct you get the same Thomson holiday but cheaper! This Hotel was OK. On arrival at the hotel, you receive a warm welcome in the lobby where there are cold drinks to greet you. The reception staff are very helpful and speak very good English.
