Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, lovely rooms, complimentary upgrade to a huge room coz we were Hilton Honors members, lovely buffet with a wide variety- we were never hungry. We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday. Booking the holiday through Longwood was easy and they were waiting on arrival with water and refreshment towels.
