My wife and I went to the Tropicana Casino and Resort for a one night stay, April 13. We were meeting three other couples for a birthday trip for one of our friends. I have not been to Atlantic City in over 20 years; my wife has never been there. We love going to Las Vegas and were not sure... more

Stayed one night with a $79 mid-week promotion. Was very satisfied with the 9th floor room in the South Tower. Had ocean view, but weather was terrible. Adjacent low roofs and courtyard also seen, needs some cleaning. Room was good size, as was bathroom. Bed was very comfortable with quality linens. Bathroom and room were clean. Was quiet, except for... more

After reading the previous reviews about the tropicana I was not sure of what to expect. When we got there we used valet parking. This also ensured that our bags would be brought to our room once we were checked in. Check in was simple. We arrived about 5:00pm and there was no line. we stayed at the Havana towers.... more

The service is horrible, people that work there are rude and nasty and they don't care. We payed more to stay at the Havana tower which is nicer rooms, however , old televisions, carpets were nasty, I had to ask my kid to wear slippers because it was so gross. Also, we had comps for the restaurants and the food... more

I went for 3 nights in December with my boyfriend. We must have walked about a mile, just finding the check in desk. Once we get there, the woman says she will upgrade us to the Havana Tower..hmm, upgrade? OK! But to get there you have to walk through the entire "Quarter", which is just a bunch of overpriced tacky... more

This was my first trip to AC. I have to say I enjoyed myself. We stayed in the Havana Tower. The rooms were OK, neither good nor bad. I was there more or less to gamble and get some needed R&R and on that front, it satisfied my needs well. I will visit again. more

We just returned from our first trip to Atlantic City. We stayed at the TROICANA HOTEL for 3 nights. Our large room was very clean, with an excellent view of the ocean. The price was right at $69.00/night. I enjoyed playing the slots and the machines were not tight! We loved the Musical 42nd Street that was presented in the... more

Had booked this hotel a month in advance (2 rooms) for My parents and my boyfriend and I, for the Antique Show. What a mistake that was. I called them directly to book the room, wrote all the information down, repeated the information back to the girl 3 times to verify it all. On arrival they said to us "No... more

My girlfriend and I went to the Tropicana and Blue Mercury Spa for some R&R. We ended up more stressed out then when we had got there. When we checked in the girl was very rude. We booked the Girlfriends Getaway package which included two $100 spa credits and a $50 credit to use anywhere in the hotel. Theresa at... more
