After reading the previous reviews about the tropicana I was not sure of what to expect. When we got there we used valet parking. The service is horrible, people that work there are rude and nasty and they don't care. We payed more to stay at the Havana tower which is nicer rooms, however , old televisions, carpets were nasty, I had to ask my kid to wear slippers because it was so gross. This was my first trip to AC. I have to say I enjoyed myself. We stayed in the Havana Tower. The rooms were OK, neither good nor bad. I was there more or less to gamble and get some needed R&R and on that front, it satisfied my needs well. I will visit again. more
