Stayed here mid July 08 on a romantic break. Had a problem checking in - the travel agent booked another hotel instead (www.alpharooms.com - not in a hurry to use again!). stayed here for 3nights - and total relaxation and fantastic service. lovely hotel and gardens, great food and staff. generally expensive but i think thats the case everywhere here. had a great trip into the dessert - don't miss out on this. also had the best back massage ever for approx £30 - very good value. rooms superb and cleaned... more

Having booked a Club room the upgrade to the Tower was unexpected but very welcome, especially as we kept the benefits of the Club.
