The Sheraton Presidente is a quite old hotel, although it's only noticeable from the electrical fittings. Everything else is to the very high standards that you would expect from a Sheraton. The pool and waterfall feature looks lovely, and there were never more than 20 people around and plenty of empty chairs (and it was very hot!). The pool is... more

The staff is excellent and hotel is in average condition. The rooms were clean. However, most of the time it felt like an american military base as the place was mostly occupied by the US military staff... more

I travel to Central America frequently and am consistently impressed with the Sheraton Presidente. This year, we stayed on the fourth floor (executive level) and were impressed by the service and offerings in this lounge. Similar to the Westin Camino Real in Guatemala, but with resort amenities.
