We had not booked accommodation for our 1 night stay in Fez when we walked into this hotel to be greeted by the front office manager who offered us a great room on the top floor overlooking Fez & the old city! After checking in we needed to return our rental car to a location not known to us. When... more

After reading the reviews before our trip on 10th June qute frankly I wanted to cancel our booking. Our first trip away in 6 yrs for 4 relaxing days and did not want my husband who booked it to be disappointed with his choice. I did a check list against other reviews. I found as follows. room allocated twin, requested... more

The convinient of this hotel is its location, it's very close to the main street and the city center (the modern one), near the Mc Donald's the rooms are clean, but do not expect de luxe service or high standing, it's really the average I don't suggest the half board basis, you can take the breakfast there it's not bad... more

We stayed two nights at this hotel as part of a package tour. When we checked into our room the aircon wasn't working so we asked to move. The second room featured the sound of running water in the ceiling but it stopped eventually. The balcony with a view was a plus and the pool was great to come back... more

We had a big problem and were said we didn`t have a room where we have booked (take care if you book for morocco, even if it is a known agent as hotelclub). So we were triyng to get another hotel, and that happened to be difficult, because it was the last weekend of the year. We went to this... more

Our tour group (Overseas Adventure Travel) used this hotel. The rooms were plain but clean. Our room had twin beds, a TV, A/C and an honor bar. The bathroom was large and tiled in marble. The city is so interesting that we spent very little time in the hotel so if you need basic place to stay in Fes, this... more

We spent 2 nights on tour in Fes. The hotel itself was very nice as was the restauant and the location seemed good, just off one of the main roads in a quiet setting. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. Whatever temperature you set, the room got hotter! A simple solution - open the window. That would have... more

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nites on a tour. Visually it looks great, but dont try to get any information or assistant from the front desk. The people in the restaurant were no better. One night we came back for dinner and there was hardly any food left and when we inquired, they said, there was no more!!!... more

Well... stayed there for 3 nights. First we didn't have hot water for the first 2 days, then the service was terrible, people were very rude, especialy those serving breakfast. We had to use our bathroom towels because the hotel doesn't dispose any for sunbathing , 2 swimming pools - both dirty, small garden. Worst of all, as the only... more
