My daughter and I stayed at the Best Western Anaheim Inn from April 30 - May 5, 2007. Check-in was fast and efficient and we were given the non-smoking room we had requested (214). Asked for "non-smoking" when booked, and indicated in "comments" section non-smoking was required. When arrived at hotel we were assigned "smoking" and when asked to move was told "it was booked through central. we can spray the room and maybe move you tomorrow." Well in spit of the Silverfish which we had a problem with as well, I got home to find that they had 11 times tried to charge my card again AFTER Ieft. Being within 15 min of my leaving!!!! My bank caught some of it however they did seceed in some of the monies! I will never stay here again.... more
