The number of people who have reviewed this hotel and are willing to let the filthiness and lack of service go just because the location is close to Disneyland just blow me away! The Desert Palm is NOT one of the closer hotels to Disneyland. It is not a far walk, that's true, but there are at least ten other... more

My family and I stayed at the Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites on 11/18 and 11/19. There were 4 adults in our party so we reserved a family suite that had 4 queen size beds (so we could all have our own beds) and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. When we arrived the room was not ready yet, but we did... more

We just returned from 4 nights at the Desert Inn & Suites. We found the staff to be very accommodating and the rooms were nice and clean. The beds were not the most comfortable, but nothing ever is when you compare it to home. This hotel's location is absolutely perfect. We closed down Disneyland at midnight every night and after... more

I have stayed at this hotel 2 other times before and while it's not perfect it's been "ok" Lets start with the good. It's VERYclose to Disneyland, has a free breakfast which gets you going, and the hot tub and pool are indoors which is nice in the Winter. The past 2 times I have stayed on the second floor,... more

I stayed in this hotel Aug 21-24 with my boyfriend to celebrate my 18 birthday. i couldn't have asked for a more perfect hotel location compared to the disney hotels themselves. It was very hot that week so having the hotel so close made it easy to go back to the room to change clothes after going on all the... more

Our stay at Desert Inn and Suites was great! Rooms were nothing fancy but spotlessly clean and spacious, air con worked fine. Breakfast was very average but hey it is free and there are so many other choices close by. Location to Disneyland was fantastic! Very easy 10 mins to front gates. We had no hassles with the front desk... more

The Staff at the front desk could use a good customer service class! Would not provide any assistance for directions and when an issue arose with parking, were not even willing to listen to my complaint. Simply brushed it off. Definately won't stay there again! Convenience isn't everything... more

Just got back from Disneyland and had a great time. The hotel was not luxurious but did the job. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast could use some work. Pasties, toast, apple, milk, juice and coffee is what you get. I have been to other hotels in the area and they have a much better selection.... more

The location is perfect - just across the street from the main entrance. We booked a two-bedroom suite for seven people. The photos on their website were absolutely luxurious in appearance. The "real thing", however, was a bit less than promised. One of the bedrooms was quite ample, the other quite small, and the so-called "living room" was a waste... more

My party of 4 stayed in room 417 08/19-08/22. This was the first time staying here. Main reason for booking was the LOCATION!!! It is located right across the street from the main entrance to Disneyland, we saved money by not having to buy the Anaheim Resort Transit passes for the shuttles. We saved time by never having to wait... more
