Our stay at Desert Inn and Suites was great! Rooms were nothing fancy but spotlessly clean and spacious, air con worked fine. The Staff at the front desk could use a good customer service class! Would not provide any assistance for directions and when an issue arose with parking, were not even willing to listen to my complaint. Simply brushed it off. Definately won't stay there again! Convenience isn't everything... more

Just got back from Disneyland and had a great time. The hotel was not luxurious but did the job. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast could use some work. The location is perfect - just across the street from the main entrance. We booked a two-bedroom suite for seven people. The photos on their website were absolutely luxurious in appearance.
