Room was not ready when we got there. Had to change in the car in parking lot after driving there for last 6 hours and then hike to Disneyland! ! The location was bad. It LOOKS close to Disneyland on the map but if you are walking, its VERY invonvenient. You basically have to walk up to the corner, turn,... more

My husband and I had first stayed at this hotel in 2001. Everything was perfect for a Dland vacation because the hotel is located directly across the street from the entrance. For a couple with one car parking was great. The customer service was great, so was the breakfast. In 2003, our family reserved a "suite" to accomodate 2 families.... more

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights in May '07. We were able to check in early and the desk clerk was very helpful in getting us into a room that was ready. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was great. We had a 2 queen room on the second floor, towards the back. It... more

The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors who kept us up at night. We let the front desk know but there was no real solution for the following evening and we had the same problem again. The breakfast room was so crowded there was nowhere to sit for my mother and my 2 year old daughter... more

This hotel was very well located right across the street from the entrance. The rooms open onto an outside balcony but we felt safe there. This is not a flash hotel so dont expect luxury but given you are out all day it represented value for money as the beds were comfy and clean. We opted for the parlour room.... more

We stayed at the Desert Inn and Suites during our trip to Disneyland. The hotel is directly across from the Disneyland entrance and is a short walk. This is our second time to stay there. Our first stay at the hotel was in 2003. I think they have renovated their rooms because the room we stayed in was much nicer... more

This hotel was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. We chose this hotel because it was close to the park and we have small children (4,3,1 1/2). We wanted to be able to walk back to the hotel in the afternoon to let our kids rest and recharge. Our room had 2 queen beds in it with a separate... more

The number of people who have reviewed this hotel and are willing to let the filthiness and lack of service go just because the location is close to Disneyland just blow me away! The Desert Palm is NOT one of the closer hotels to Disneyland. It is not a far walk, that's true, but there are at least ten other... more

My family and I stayed at the Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites on 11/18 and 11/19. There were 4 adults in our party so we reserved a family suite that had 4 queen size beds (so we could all have our own beds) and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. When we arrived the room was not ready yet, but we did... more

We just returned from 4 nights at the Desert Inn & Suites. We found the staff to be very accommodating and the rooms were nice and clean. The beds were not the most comfortable, but nothing ever is when you compare it to home. This hotel's location is absolutely perfect. We closed down Disneyland at midnight every night and after... more
