I booked this hotel in my CRS system myself as I am a travel agent. Upon arrival, there weren't any rooms available. They allowed us to stow our luggage so we could go to the parks in the meantime. Advise all families to avoid the hotel. A new hotel which is still unfinished / work going on. Kids got ill with bug bites / developed severe rashes. Bathrooms don't function properly. We stayed on night at the Courtyard Anaheim. Registration was very easy. Thought the $9 per night for parking was steep as we had stayed at the Fairfield the prior weekend with free parking. The room was very nice and comfortable. Free wi-fi in the room was greatly appreciated. more
