The accounting services at this hotel are beyond terrible. We were charged for a room twice and have yet to recieve a refund. Our stay was in February and still no refund. Be very careful and watch your bill like a hawk!!!! more

The Anabella has the potential to be a great hotel - nice property, rooms w/feather duvets, and a short walk to Downtown Disney if you take a shortcut through the Grand Californian Hotel.
