Stayed here for 1 night following a wedding in the Swan Valley. We had a 3 bedroom villa which we shared with another couple which does help with the cost as this hotel is not cheap. The villa was a huge disappointment. It was very dated and a bit dirty particularly the couches which were also the most uncomfortable I... more

I used to work at the Vines Resort and Country Club, it was the worst hotel I have ever worked in! I was a member of the Front Office Team, the desk was so old we used to get splinters regularly and drawers would fall off their runners spilling the contents on the floor. We didn't ask guests whether they... more

We stayed at the Accor apartments attatched to The Vines resort. DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed two nights and on the second night while we were sleeping someone broke into our room and stole our wallets and phones from our bedside table, less than 30cm from our heads! The company who owns the building has been very unhelpful, claiming... more

Stayed here for 4 days in one of the apartments. The rooms are all tired and worn and could do with a good clean and a coat of paint. TV's and other items were at least 15 years old. The other parts of the hotel are the same. Dusty, dirty and well worn. Gym had dust on equipment and restaurant... more

Stayed here for 4 days as part of a large group. The entire resort looks like it was much better 'in its day" and that nothing has been done to it in the last 15 or 20 years. Rooms were worn and could use a paint, new carpet, etc. While not physically dirty, the rooms weren't at all fresh and... more

Had a voucher, and we stayed in the new units on the outskirts of the resort for 2 nights. The new units themselves were very functional (including m'wave, fridge, cooker and dishwasher) but not welcoming. The room very clean. Then we went to explore the resort itself. I know it was winter but hey!! the place looked soooo run down!!.... more

What a disappointment! This hotel is highly over rated and definitely not worth staying at. We checked in early afternoon and were promptly informed that the restaurant was fully booked for dinner so we would have to have room service for dinner. The rooms are dated and very poorly lit. There is no main bedroom light in the room. The... more

Me and my girlfriend stayed here only for one night, it just happened my girlfriend had sometype of discount voucher so we only paid $50 or their aboust for the room. Which is good becasue I would not like to pay full price for this place... When we arrived the front desk was helpful enough and we were given out... more

I stayed here for work. It was somewhere to sleep I guess but I wouldn't pay that amount of money if I was paying myself with alternatives around. There was no main room light and I had to use reading lights to see. Food in the cafe was overpriced and of generally average quality - a pre-made pizza cost me... more

I had a work function here for two days. Firstly the food was just terrible and not expectable. The rooms were old and had areas of mould and pubic hair. But the worst thing about this place is it is smack bang in the middle of a very bad area, with a very high crime rate. I only found this... more
