This resort is a complete enigma, the accomodation is great and location fine, albeit trying to get a taxi to/ from Cable Beach to Broome late at night is difficult. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and even provided a complimentary dessert for my birthday. They re-opened the kitchen for us when it was closed becase the taxi's in Broome are few and far between. Beautiful place to relax and unwind. There didnt seem to be an awful amount to do, but the hovercraft tour is absolutely worth the time... more

We have been in this hotel august 2007 and the experience was terrible so we left the resort without staying. The resort was not finished, our nice room was delivered to us dirty, the bathroom full of the previous guest hairs, with the balcony and barbecue not clenaned after the previous use and million of ants was eating the rests... more

I organised a group of people to stay here for four nights while Broome had its first gardens open for the Open Garden Scheme. The hotel looks luxurious and has a lovely outdoor style lobby, rooms, ranging from single rooms to apartments are grouped around two pools and a restaurant. It opened. Previous reviews had painted a somewhat gloomy picture of resort. Upon arrival greeeted by very friendly staff at reception. Waiting staff in bistro attentive. Were prepared to go that extra step for you. Room was sensational, all could have wished for and weather was turned on more

Stayed at the Rendezvous for the Labour Day long weekend in March. They seem to have worked out the staffing issues as room was always well looked after, staff available at the restaurant, reception etc - although we were in off peak and the resort was not full.
