We booked direct after seeing the website and it looked super with a spabath, bedroom overlooking the lounge and a sun terrace. The reality was they swiped our card before seeing the apartment and realised the filthy condition of the apartment. They had locked the master bedroom with the spabath and had to put up with the other bedroom with... more

We appreciate getting feedback from guests and do follow up on their comments. Since this incident we have spoken to the owner who has now re painted the unit and removed the old carpet and refitted the unit with tiles.
