Always believe tripadvisor reviews. I wanted a room with a bathtub and as the other Alice Springs choices were booked out I went against advice and booked this as I thought how bad can it be? When L checked in I asked the indifferent staff if I could change my booking from a family room to double. No booked out!!!!... more

This is the worst hotel from far in our trip of 26 days. This is my reasons : - I booked under Novotel brand and when I came in alicespring impossible to find them just because they change in Quality Inn, they could tell us this change. - The price when booked was difficult to obtain - The room was... more

We stayed for 2 nights as part of our trek around Australia. The hotel has recently changed to the Comfort Inn but all the transfer companies are aware of the change. The hotel is slightly out of town, however all trips collect from this hotel and it's only AUS$10 to get into the town. The hotel was cheap and cheerful,... more

Cannot expect better for a hotel @ 60 AUD a night including breakfast for 3... Rooms are large and well furbished. Swimming pool is great but a bit cold... No big charms but very comfortable and very pleasant stay! more

Room was nice and spacious, though a little drab, I felt more like I was staying in a motel rather than a four star hotel. The modular shower was cramped and unclean, I was very unimpressed with the hair stuck to the walls. Bed was so unstable and shook me awake everytime I moved. Service was ok, nothing exceptional. I... more

I normally stay at the Aurora in the town centre when I am in Alice Springs. This time I had to find another place because it was fully booked. By the Novotel's website I was fooled into thinking that this was a nice place so I booked it. I should have know better since all Accor properties in Australia seem... more

We stayed at the Novotel for three nights arriving 23rd September 2006. From reading up beforehand we already knew that the hotel was located out on the edge of town so there were no surprises there. It’s a good 25 – 35 min walk into the centre. Normally we don’t find walking that sort of distance a problem but it’s... more

We stayed at this hotel one night on our four day tour of the red centre. This hotel was situated a bit outside of the town and that makes it a bit difficult to make spontaneous walks downtown. The reception and the staff didnt say much and it was in all ways a bit difficult to find information about the... more

The price was right, but it is not worth it! First, it's located a $10 taxiride from the town center, which makes for a more expensive dinner. Second, the design of the hotel is weird--very long and narrow, so your room might be 100 yards from the lobby. Third, the electricity in the room is activated with your room key,... more
