I stayed at The Grand with my boyfriend and found it to be quite ok except for a complaint he had with damp (gave him a chest cough) and the smell but I found it bearable. We chose this place based on a Lonelyplant recommendation which could not have been off by much more. We stayed there for three nights and spent the first night in the family room. We arrived at the Grand Hotel after travelling for 24 hours, we arrived at 8.30 am to find the hotel closed! No sign of anyone!!!
