Located above an often noisy, vibrating pub, the Captain Cook Hotel is far from a "hotel" in the true sense, more like a run down hostel. Rooms share stained bunk beds, with an access key that opens every bedroom in the building. Locker keys were not locatable, despite the charging of a $25 key deposit, clearly not used to replace... more
