Great business location. Neighborhood is slow on weekends, busy during the week. Not sure about the negative reviews, but service was great for us. Checked us in early and room was great. Value proposition isn't the best, but still one of the best hotels in Sydney. Walkable to the Quay and neighborhood pubs that have busy happy hours. more
