I have stayed at this hotel 3 times because I like the location and the price is reflected in this. The hotel is very basic but clean. There is no in house restaurant but vouchers are awarded for breakfast as the nearby coffee house. Our original allocated room was very small but once we explained we were staying for over... more

I can be contacted regarding any of my hotel - location reviews. If your visiting the east coast of Australia click on my profile to see other hotels we visited. The Park Regis is in a fantastic location for being central to most of the tourist attractions, However it can suffer from the fact that there is no double glazing... more

This hotel is great for location, central Sydney amongst the shops. 10 minute walk to Chinatown, Darling Harbour and the Opera House. Has top floor roof with pool with fab views. Rooms small but modern, clean and tastefully decorated. Only issue for this not to be excellent for the price was that the windows were not soundproof so you could... more

Booked through the hotel website for a very fair price- $695 for 5 nites in a very good location. The hotel has been renovated since my last stay. The sink in the bathroom was tiny and there was no place to put your toiletries without them falling on the floor. However who can complain. There was no noise to speak... more

We stayed two nights at the Park Regis Sydney. For the most expensive city in Australia for accommodation, this hotel is very good value for money. The rooms are newly refurbished with modern decor including flat screen LCD televisions. The location is central to everything this great city has to offer; pretty much everything is within walking distance. One note... more

The location is good - but a few of the staff were rude, one of the guys said he didnt like us. My friend fell on the stares at reception and they couldnt care less. She required stiches etc and when they were told they couldnt even offer her some proper first aide. As for the place? Small, and the... more

We booked this hotel for 5 nights because it was located close to everything and only 2 blocks to the Town Hall train station and in our price range. We booked their "Spring Fever" special that gave us a King size bed and free "breakfast" and a noon check out time. When we checked in, we noticed that the 2... more

This is a reasonable hotel, at a reasonable price, in a great location. I booked through Wotif, which offered great discounts over the rack rate. So close to Town Hall Station, and central to everything. I found the staff to be a little patchy, with one somewhat abrupt front-desk clerk and a few younger staffers. Generally they weren't unfriendly, but... more

Hi all, my boyfriend and I chose to stay here 1 Saturday night, mainly for its close location to the Town Hall train station, monorail, and Chinatown. We booked a standard Studio for AU$129. The reception staff were super friendly. We were allowed to check-in at 9am instead of 2pm. I jokingly asked for a free upgrade, since it was... more
