Quaint, clean hotel in great area of the Rocks near Circular Quay. Surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants. We stayed September 4 to 7th, 2007. We booked the Harbour Rocks Hotel for an upmarket weekend in Sydney, close to the Opera House. It was at the more expensive end of the 4 star hotel range so that was what we expected.
