This is my favourite hotel in Sydney - and I am a local. Every few months I give my mother a treat at this hotel - and it is a treat for me. It is also my favourite place for a drink after work - great bar. More of that later. First stayng in the hotel - great beds, great... more

Spent 3 nights here in April. Had a room on the 29th floor with a partial view of the harbour. Room great, bathroom large, clean, great shower with L'occitane products (replaced when used), thick robes, loads of towels. The most comfortable bed I have slept in.Food in the bar very good, if a little pricey, but a good selection of wines... more

I got room 815 which although is on the lower levels, still has great views of the Opera house and the harbour. I'm thinking the higher rooms would be brilliant. Oh well maybe next time. But the room I got was excellent. Oversized and a very very sweet bed which i slept in like a baby. Room service was a... more

The staff were great, great location, amazing views but I think it could do with a little updating. We were upgraded to the 32nd floor and our suite had a fantastic view. We had stayed at the Four Seasons HK 3 weeks earlier which was just amazing so it is very hard not to compare. more

We stayed for three nights prior to embarking on a cruise to Los Angeles. The hotel was part of a Princess pre cruise package but we upgraded to a Harbour View Room. We were on floor 11 and the view was amazing. The hotel was smart and efficient as you would expect. We did not eat in the hotel as... more

Having stayed at the Four Seasons in Singapore and having the most wonderful time we had no hesitation in staying at the Four Seasons Sydney. Bad mistake. Firstly, once the booking was made we were trying to organise airport transfers thru concierge. The guy we were dealing with just could not comprehend that there were 3 of us. He continually... more

We stayed in the Four Seasons as part of our work convention. We stayed for seven nights in a full harbour view room. From the moment you arrive at the hotel it is a five star welcome. Excellent reception staff and check in procedure. Room was a little small (have to expect this is a city hotel) but very comfortable... more

For business, stayed only one night. Clearly a more dated hotel than Hilton, Westin. But well maintained, still very four seasons. Good service. Location is pretty much by the harbour, walkable to Circular Quay. Probably wouldn't stay there again. more

From my point of view, this is a pretty accessible hotel. The lobby bar is on 2 levels with a ramp, (one well concealed) to each level. Busy, and noisy, you can get bar food there if you don't fancy the restaurant which actually serves nice, if a bit pretentious, food. Breakfast is also served in the latter - service... more

We arrived at the Four Seasons 1 hour ahead of the check-in time of 3.pm on the slim chance that a room would be available. "Please come back in an hour",we did and the room still was not ready? The piano was playing and the doors were being opened but the basic service was not available. We finally obtained our room... more
