“Had Potential But Didn't Quite Deliver”

I Stayed at the Zebra as part of a large golfing trip and noticed quite a difference between the standard between rooms. Obviously they are going through a renovation period which they need. This hotel like many in Australia is fairly old but this one was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The difference to us was the staff. From the smiling receptionist to the greeting by their pet dog. Free maps and directions for site seeing were all provided as if we were long lost friends.
