From the website and things I had read about the hotel, I was looking forward to a good experience. Not so. Upon arrival, the reservation was handled well but not a very gracious reception staff. The gracious person was the bellman, who, of course, works for tips. The room was a huge disappointment. Badly in need of updating because it... more
