Our room was so filthy. We asked for another and got one two doors down,that was also very grubby. The carpeting was filthy, frayed at the edges and glued to the floor. This is the best place to stay in Villahermosa. The rooms are very clean and roomy. It is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. I've stayed at the Hyatt before and this hotel is as good or better in most ways, but for a lot less money. Villahermosa is a great place to travel. Visit the... more
