Stayed for 2 nights while on business. On arriving at 7pm on a Wednesday night found there were no normal rooms left. So was upgraded to "Junior Suite". Room was very large with a bedroom (no tv!!) and a lounge area with sofa and huge arm chair. Ate at the restaurant the first night and was surprised that the food... more

Only two positives; very kind staff and two swimming pools for the kids to enjoy. The rooms were small, the hotel was too far away from the beautiful city of Heidelberg (our fault; we had not been there before). Our biggest complaint was the extremely expensive meals at the hotel... even though "kids eat free!", the adults pay an unbelievable... more
