We stayed here for one night on a city trip to Venice. The room was clean, the bed a little hard. Breakfast was ok. Rooms have shower, toilet and tv. The Villa located in Marghera about 10 minutes outside of Venice by bus. My stay at the Villa was quite nice. The rooms are small as others who stayed at the villa have noted. The room itself was on the smallish size, but we were out most of the time, so it served its purpose. The a/c worked great.
