We stayed two nights at the hotel on our recent trip to Italy. The location was very convenient to public transportation, room was clean, bathroom was decent and breakfast was a good value at 6 euro as compared to what we spent one morning on a cappuccino and croissant in Venice. more

We booked to stay 3 nights in this hotel 30th Jan to 2nd Feb 2008. Directions to the hotel were easy to follow and when we arrived we were welcomed by Roberta. She was an excellent host and an asset during our stay. She also made the best Cappucinos that we had ever had! The bus stop is only a... more

This hotel was great for what we needed. The room was clean, somewhat small, the bathroom was a dream for Italy and the price was much better than any comparable place in Venice. The best part of the hotel was the easy access to public transportation (1-3 blocks) and the access to good food for a reasonable price. The restaurant... more

We had booked the room directly, and specifically asked if they had a large room for us with twin beds because we had a ton of luggage (did not care if rate higher). They confirmed and I called them twice to confirm size of room, obviously not expecting a palatial suite! When we got there, they gave us a room... more

Management response from

To states in advances that our hotel is a small one 2 stars familiar management with only 14 standards rooms, we know that not everybody likes us, even if we always look to do the maximum for satisfy the customer’s requestes. We absolutely can not promise one room in particular (or particular wide) but anyway the double room reserved for...

We stayed here for one night on a city trip to Venice. The room was clean, the bed a little hard. Breakfast was ok. Rooms have shower, toilet and tv. Staff was friendly and all the administration just took a couple of minutes. The hotel is located in Mestre, which is only 10 minutes or so from the old city... more

I recommend ear plugs for this if you are very tired after walking around venice!! the restaurant near the hotel is absolutely excellent!! worth a try!! The Villa located in Marghera about 10 minutes outside of Venice by bus. My stay at the Villa was quite nice. The rooms are small as others who stayed at the villa have noted. The room was very functional; the rooms are good place to sleep. There is too much to see in Venice instead of sitting in a room... more

The hotel is in a really pleasant residential area with lots of green spaces. It has a small garden. The only inconvenient is that there is no lift but other than that the room (we had room number 9)was really comfortable and clean and new. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. Its really easy to get into venice by... more

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Frist off..it was very clean with a very nice bathroom. The room itself was on the smallish size, but we were out most of the time, so it served its purpose. The a/c worked great. The breakfast is not included, but they will ask you when you check in if you want it... more

We really enjoyed our four nights at the Villa Graziella. It's reasonably priced and is located in a quiet suburb, very handy for the local bus into Venice (10 minutes' journey). The room and bathroom were small but ingeniously laid-out, and featured a superb, high-tech air-conditioner. The hotel management and staff were extremely helpful and friendly and (a definite plus... more
