My 3 sisters and I stayed at the Ai Pini in May, 2006. It's a 5 minute taxi ride from the train station...if you don't mind waiting for a taxi! The grounds and gardens are beautiful, it's quiet, and the walk into Mestra is only 15 minutes. Frequent bus service to Venice through Mestra takes about 20-25 minutes. Great buffet... more
