The hotel is acutely run down. It is depressing to be in the rooms and corridors. Not even room doors work. We were locked out whilst another couple were locked in. TV and room safe not working. No bath plug. Main course at dinner was tiny. more

Forced by tour operator to use this hotel which is basically a holding hotel for tour groups on landing in Venice. It really is the pits! Food awful, rooms dark and dingy, no porters, staff not that helpful. Mini bar in room does not work - for show only! Please avoid this hotel if you can. more
