Stayed at hotel as had wedding over bank holiday weekend. We had bags with us and wanted to leave in our prepayed for room, we arrived at 2:30 and were told that Checkin was 3:30, these days this is extremely inflexible and not very customer friendly! Spent the weeekend at the Mansion Hotel for a Black tie evening on the Saturday. This Hotel needs a major refurbishment it is very tired looking and dated.
