There are no cotton buds, slippers, or toothpaste. Hotel room lock sometimes does not work. Very rude receptionists & housekeeping. Does not always provide new towels even if there's a sign on their bathroom that they will replace your towels everyday if you leave them inside the bathroom. No air-conditioning (for summer).
