I am surprised to read the other reviews of this hotel because I have to say my stay in it was excellent! I found the staff friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, comfortable and very quiet. The Cumulus Kaisaniemi appears to be a business hotel and is well located within walking distance (or a short tram ride away) from the central station (the airport bus Route 615 also arrives/leaves from the station). I stayed at this hotel for two nights while in Helsinki for business. The location is handy to the train station and staff were exceptionally helpful.
