Our stay was lovely. Our room was large and comfortable,with a large bathroon that included lovely products. Everything about this property met or exceedded our expectations. We booked our stay six months in advance directly with the hotel. With the declining dollar, it would have been better if we could have pre-paid! The hotel is an easy 15-minute walk with small luggage from the train station Santa Lucia. We followed the hotel directions without any problem. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but you can walk to St. Mark Sqaure and the Grand Canal leisurely. We got a first floor room so it was easy to carry our small luggage upstair.... more
