Last hotel of our stay and the worst. Requested not to stay in apartment, but hotel desk manager paid no attention. Dark, dingy and needs lots of TLC. We have just returned from a two night stay at the Corte Contarina in Venice. We travelled to Venice from Treviso, the easiest and cheapest way to get there is to take the connecting ATVO Eurobus service. Was told initially 5* by booking company - it most certainly is not. First room we had was at the top of 4 very steep flights of stairs, chair lift to first two.
