The hotel was nice. Has a nice courtyard to eat your breakfast or eat inside. Small breakfast but doable with a coffee machine that doles out many different types. In spite of the "large and sunny rooms" described in their web, some rooms are really tiny. Our room had scarcely space for the bed and a small wardrobe. This property is lovely for a 3 star. It is a good value for the money, especially in Venice.
