Our extended family stayed at this wonderful hotel and were extremely pleased with the service provided. It totally met the needs of our young grandchildren travelling with us with the large family room that was booked. Hallo all, I just went from this hotel and I don´t understand, why is this hotel first ? The hotel is normal 3 star hotel or maybe pension. The hotel is clean, hotel stuff is nice, but not more than in other hotels. Room is small, with no chair and table, only bed,wardrobe and two small boxes by the bed.... more

Sebastion was very friendly and spoke at least 3 languages fluently that I overheard! My family and I stayed at the Laimer Hof the last week in june 2008. For those people wondering whether the hotel is out of the way or inconvenient, I would tell you not to worry and just book it. The hotel is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and is convenient to both a train station and the tram system... more

Even though you have to walk 5 minutes to the tram, then ride for 10 minutes to the core of the city, this hotel is worth it. It is in a nice quiet suburban neighborhood but the rooms are large and the bathrooms are huge by European hotel standards. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Laimer Hof in Munich. The owners and staff are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is located in an old home and is charming. While some parts of it are a bit worn, it was very clean and comfortable. Would suggest an upgrade of the towels, however they were always clean.... more
