We had a suite on the 6th floor and I have to agree with the previous post we couldn't get the a/c cool enough and it was very loud which made it difficult to sleep in the end we had to open a window ( So even more noise !) our bathroom was big but the shower was very poor... more

Six of us stayed at the The Shelbourne for 3 nights over the early May bank holiday weekend.
