I stayed here for several nights. The village of Chilham is very charming and the inn is a convenient base for touring Kent. I was disappointed with the room. I was put in an annex at the back of the inn, which lacked any character. The decoration was dated and there was a smell of damp, and mould on one... more

Stayed here in late 2004 and was very pleased with my stay. Only stayed the one night, just visited the village of Chilham as it has a castle, which really is a large private home. The hotel was comfortable, bar had a nice big fire going, nice in winter. I had a starter, with a fillet steak as main course... more
