I was a lone traveller and found the hotel to be in a great postion in the city centre. I caught an airport coach right to the front door, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean and warm, which was good as it was very cold outside. The food was good but i... more

Although I have been staying at the Bond Place Hotel several times before, last weekend will be the last one thanks to an incredible amount of attitude coming from the desk person, his name is Ivan, apparently he doesn't know how to do his job to the point that I am still having issues with an unmatched amount of hold... more

Our travel agent booked us into this hotel as an overnight stay on our way to Niagara. We didn't arrive till 1a.m. as we spent 2 hours in the airport trying to find out which shuttle bus we should catch. The room was like a cheap motel room but we were tired and thirsty so had a cup of coffee... more

Stayed at Bond Place Hotel for 3 nights with my husband in June 2008. We had a room on the 10th floor, with 2 single beds and a large bathroom with a tub. No fridge in the room but ice machines available at the hotel. Coffee facilities in the room. There is a restaurant on the ground floor where we... more

I stayed 3 nights at Bond Place hotel, in June 2008. This hotel is OK to stay in, no real reason not to stay there, but, it has nothing extra that makes it stand out. Centrally located in Toronto's downtown. Clean, reasonably comfortable but no golden fringe. The staff is reasonably friendly and helpful, and the people staying seemed to... more

It was the usual Bond Place experience BAD The rooms are very tiny, and always smell of mildew, the service is always unfriendly, and the street people are always plentiful out in front of the hotel. But I'm stuck because my wife likes the location of the Hotel because it is so close to Toronto's best shopping at the Eaton... more

I have read many of the other reviews of the Bond Place (and in fact used the reviews to book my hotel on Expedia) and agree that this is a pleasant, centrally-located budget hotel. The rooms are small and the beds and bathroom are equivalent to a Best Western but the staff was pleasant and I have no real complaints.... more

We had a quick trip into Toronto and needed a hotel that was close to the financial district and close to trains and things to do. Bond Place was perfect for all those things. It was right beside Dundas and the Eaton Centre, half a block to the subway and 5 min to the financial district. We had taken a... more

Just back from a week in totonto and niagra I travelled with my girlfriend and another couple. we booked the holiday as a late package deal through Thomas Cook in Dublin. We were wary of the hotel prior to travel but upon arrival was plesantly surprised with the hotel and its staff. The hotel is 'no frills' but very clean... more
