Great location, pedestrian street very close to Zocalo. Nice room with two balconies and high ceilings. The decorations were very colonial. Nice meals in the restaurant with very professional staff. There is internet access, but no USB port, but lots of internet cafes nearby if you need a USB. The one problem we did have there was when we tried... more

We arrived in Puebla Easter weekend. The Hotel is very well situated, one block from the Zocalo (the hotels right across the zocalo were exposed to lots of noise). A lovely old hotel, with clean accomadations and open air conditioning--we found it simple, charming, interesting and authentic. We look forward to staying there again and visiting the roof garden with its breath-taking view of the city and the volcanos. more

Our only complaint was that it took a while to figure out that the hotel is on a pedestrian street, which resulted in us driving around for quite a while to find the hotel.
