Part of this hotel's deal is that it's a time shared property and so many of the people who stay here purchased time shares or are renting from people who own time shares there. The Royal Sands in Cancun has wonderful accomodations and quite friendly staff. The area is prime on Cancun, although it is still recovering from the effects of hurricane damage in that the beach directly in front of the hotel has some dangerous exposed rocks.
