Good hotel in very good location. It's walking distance to the Zocalo and there are metrostations nearby. We booked the cheapest room, but for some reason we got upgraded to a master suite on the 27th floor. The Sheraton is a huge business hotel, so if you're looking for a 'boutique experience', you might prefer someplace smaller. We also stayed... more

I stayed 4 nights at the Sheraton Centro Historico and was pleased with this hotel overall. I got a very good rate from the Sheraton website. Upon check in, i received a high floor room, as requested, with a view towards the zocalo, which is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The best thing about this hotel for me were... more

as peeple have mentioned before. very very poor manegment. 1. i arrive 21:00 and the first experience is 20 minuts stading in line to do check in. 2. internet is NOT FREE, they charge extra to be able to get a code access for internet at your room. 3. rooms have Old TV, bo plasma or LCD like all hotels,... more

The Sheraton Centro Historico is a great location, the rooms are a nice size as well as clean and the staff is very helpful. The Sheraton is within walking distance of the Zocalo and other attractions like the Templo Mayor. The Metro stop is close as are a Starbucks and a Sanborns restaurant. Additionally, a Turibus stop is just a... more

My wife and I spent 4 night ,6/11 to 6/15 at the Sheraton. We were generally very happy with the room and service. As others have mentioned the hotel is in a good location with lots of sites with in walking distance. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The beds were very confortable. We only ate at one dinner at... more

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Centro Historico and really had no complaints. It is centrally located between two Metro stations and is walking distance to Palacio de Bellas Artes, Zocalo, Templo Mayor and much more. As a gold level Starwood member I was offered free internet service, however, I was disappointed with the Wi-Fi connection and ended up having... more

I recently had a chance to stay in two Sheratons in Mexico City—Maria Isabel and Centro Historico. While the Centro is newer, looks nicer and I like the location, there were many small inconveniences and stupid policies that discourage me from ever returning and from recommending it to anyone. Personally I think that the management is lacking, otherwise why neglect... more

This is a nice business class hotel on par with most new Hilton, Westin, etc. Beautiful lobby, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable beds, nice furniture and decor. The staff overall are friendly and helpful. Not everyone speaks English but most do. The location for this hotel is also very good. Easy access to all the historic sites and museums in... more

Stayed here early May with my wife for 2 nights at the start of our holiday, driving through Mexico. The hotel's location is very good: central and next to some places that provide breakfast (Starbucks and an Italian restaurant). With a location in front of the Alameda park, it`s very walkable to the Bellas Artes, the Zocalo, Plaza Garibaldi, etc.... more
