My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary in Great Exuma. It was GREAT! My uncle bought some property there in the 60's, sight unseen. Hotel right on beach. Perfect. Owners Pam and husband set the tone of peace and tranquility. Shuttle to and from Georgetown up to noon was easy to arrange. We recently stayed at the Coconut Cove Hotel for an 8 day business trip. The accomodations are nice, typical Bahamian. Bright colors, TV with VCR, A/C, ceiling fan, a little fridge, sliding glass door to a patio. However, what moves this hotel to the above average category is the staff.
