The reviews are correct. The staff is warm and friendly but expect to be impressed, then suddenly left wondering, "what happened?" Sometimes the staff is so terrific that they run to the other side of the hotel to get peanuts for you and when you put up your little beach flag on your chair, they are over in two seconds... more
