I am living in New Jersey and recently I visited the web site of Forres Park and saw that they offered Bird watching and Hiking. Being and avid Birder I wanted to see what this location had to offer. This hotel is trying to brand itself for ecotourism and it certainly has a lovely location with fine views of Blue Mountain Peak and pleasant grounds in a coffee plantation with flower filled gardens. This is (may be) a Bird expert available. Rather surprisingly there is little information available on the ecology - eg no library of bird nbooks, plants... more
