Tortuga Bay was delightful. We stayed in an Ocean front one bedroom...2 full baths (big plus!), lots of windows, a terrace and an outdoor hot tub, de la Renta decor and the best part, the privacy. First the pros: beautiful room, great beach. But sadly the cons are pretty bad. The service at Tortuga Bay thankfully is OK. But once you venture to the main hotel of Punta Cana, all bets are off.
